I hereby declare that the information provided by me to Desi Bouncer is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that any false information or misrepresentation may lead to termination of the service contract or legal action as per applicable laws.
I acknowledge and agree that Desi Bouncer acts as a service provider offering security personnel, bouncers, and related services as per agreed terms. I understand that Desi Bouncer does not guarantee absolute protection from any unlawful act but undertakes to provide services with due diligence, professionalism, and care.
I declare that I will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of security services provided by Desi Bouncer and will not misuse or abuse the services rendered.
By hiring security personnel, bouncers, or related services from Desi Bouncer, you agree to the terms laid out herein. These terms govern the relationship between the client and Desi Bouncer.
Desi Bouncer commits to providing trained and licensed security personnel suited to your requirements. The service scope, timings, and responsibilities will be mutually agreed upon before commencement.
Clients must provide accurate information regarding the nature of the event, location, and any special instructions. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for the assigned personnel.
Payments shall be made as per the agreed quotation. Late payments may attract additional charges or service suspension until dues are cleared.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed following those guidelines.
While Desi Bouncer strives to provide the highest standards of security, it is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, force majeure, or client negligence.
All client information and security arrangements shall be treated with strict confidentiality by Desi Bouncer and its employees.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior notice as agreed upon. Termination does not absolve the client from settling any outstanding payments.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi/NCR.
